Sanará / Sp. “to heal, to be made whole.”

The quiet

compounding of a

well-built company.

·· The Mark

Many parts,
finding coherence.

Distributed teams, distributed decisions, distributed authority, and a single coherent direction. The mark is the practice, watching itself.

Equinor · Uber · Gyre · Gateway 21 · Koyo · Tenderfly

Ventures I’ve built and worked alongside include Gateway 21, where an 80-prompt AI compliance engine reached 95%+ accuracy; and Koyo Healthtech, where I led the product, ops and investor work that raised £1.2m across two seed rounds. At Uber UKI I spent six years in GM positions, building multiple teams and scaling the business across the UK. At Tenderfly, the AI tender pipeline I built saves an estimator 50% per bid.

§ 02 · The Practice

Four shapes the work takes.

Distinct enough to choose between, related enough to combine.
01
Fractional COO / Product Director
6 to 12 months · 2–3 days/week

Embedded operating leadership for founder-led ventures finding their shape. Operating model, finance, people ops, product cadence, investor materials. Sit alongside the leadership team, not above it.

02
AI Operating Build
Project-based · 8 to 16 weeks · fixed fee

Stand up production AI as a discipline, not a feature. Prompt-chained workflows, evaluation harnesses, supervision rituals, the team rhythm that keeps it accurate when the founder isn’t watching.

03
AI Transformation
6 to 18 months · retainer or scope

For later-stage and PE-backed businesses preparing for a step-change, transition or exit. Organisation-wide change with the politics that come with it. AI woven into operating model, P&L and team capability. Not as a side-project.

04
Founder & CEO Coaching
Weekly cadence · standalone or paired

The unstructured hour. A thinking partner for the things that don’t yet have a name. Confidential, group-analytic in posture, drawn from a coaching practice in training. Standalone or alongside any of the above.

§ 04 · A Working Principle

Most strategy fails not in the planning, but in its alchemy.

The hardest problems in a scaling venture are rarely a missing plan. They are the operational silences: the meeting that doesn’t happen, the metric no one owns, the founder or leader who can’t say the quiet thing out loud. These accumulate into drag, then into rupture.

Sanara’s job is to find those silences early, build the operating rhythms that surface them, and stay close enough to the work that the team learns to do this for itself. Healing, in this sense, is operational hygiene practiced consistently.
