Every feature that ships creates onboarding, support and billing work behind it, and every process the product does not cover gets done by hand. Most founders we work with need help with both at once.
We built the product, technology and operations from zero for a bootstrapped AI RegTech firm, supporting revenue growth from £0.1m to more than £3m at margins above 50% in two years. At the core is a source-of-truth portal and compliance engine running an 80-plus-step prompt-chained workflow at 95% accuracy, automating regulatory analysis that previously needed scarce junior analysts. We hired and led the engineering and product team, and stood up the operating model around it: finance, marketing, people ops and supplier management, among other things.
An AI recruitment platform for family offices. The founders had been building with an offshore engineering team for two years, but without product-management expertise, the product was still far from launch and its scope kept growing. We examined the product in depth, fixed underlying data-structure faults that were causing drift between the graph and NoSQL databases, then reset the roadmap around the features critical to launch, working closely with the offshore team to bring the product to market.
A founder-led breathwork brand needed a product and had no product function. We built the full working product solo, then stood up and directed an engineering team to raise the design standard and ship it as a native app on iOS and Android. The app carries more than 100 video and audio sessions, playlists, live calls, Customer.io integration and Microsoft and Google sign-in.
We built an AI tool that compresses several days of construction tender analysis into a structured pipeline, replacing a manual process estimators repeat on every bid. A full-stack build with five extraction stages across schedules, specifications and drawings. We took accuracy from roughly 39% to 98% through systematic prompt engineering and a correction system that lets the pipeline learn from each completed project.
An AI training coach that designs and adapts periodised programmes for serious athletes across 19 specialist disciplines, from powerlifting to ultra-running. The engine now powers ZAAG Intelligence, a nervous-system training and recovery platform.
